In terms of wine fermentation and storage tanks, there are 10 stone-built, semi-underground fermentation tanks measuring 1.9 meters wide, 6.6 meters long, and 2.7 meters high that were built in 1901, which are connected by an underground passage at the front. Today, they are covered with concrete, and a factory has been built on top, but they have a solid structure and even today they are partly used to make wine. They are historic wine-making facilities from the time wine production began in earnest.
